Who is invited to attend?
We’re so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our nearest and dearest. To help us manage numbers and ensure everything runs smoothly, please refer to the names listed on your invitation envelope for clarity regarding who is invited. We’re so grateful for your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together.

Are children invited?
While we would love to accommodate all children, we have a very select guest list to ensure a truly memorable evening for everyone. If in doubt, please refer to the names on your invitation envelope to confirm who is invited. We so appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.
What time should I arrive?
Guests are kindly asked to arrive by 4.00pm sharp, allowing enough time to enter through Gate F on Birdwood Avenue and enjoy the short stroll through the gardens to Gardens House. The ceremony will commence promptly, and we don’t want you to miss a moment! (see Getting There section)
Is the ceremony outdoors?
Yes — the ceremony and cocktails will take place outdoors within the beautiful surrounds of the Royal Botanic Gardens. We recommend wearing (reasonably!) comfortable shoes for a short garden walk and keeping an eye on the forecast closer to the day. In the unlikely event of wet weather, celebrations will continue seamlessly under cover at Gardens House. The reception will be indoors.
Will there be transport between venues?
There’s no need for transport between venues — the ceremony, cocktails, and reception will all take place within the grounds of the Royal Botanic Gardens at Gardens House. Everything is within a short and easy walk, allowing you to simply relax and enjoy the evening.
What is the proposed Order of Events?
The evenings festivities will go as follows:
4:00 pm – Ceremony
5:00 pm – Cocktail hour in the gardens
6:30 pm – Dinner, speeches and entertainment
9:00 pm – Dancing until the wee hours, late night nibbles
12.00am - Festivities conclude
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Absolutely. We want everyone to enjoy the evening comfortably, so please let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies when you RSVP. Our caterers will ensure your meal is thoughtfully prepared.
