We’re delighted to be celebrating at Gardens House, nestled within the Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne — one of the city’s most beautiful and historic settings.
Built in 1854, this natural beauty is truly enchanting. The private property is tucked deep within the Royal Botanic Gardens and renowned for its raw splendour. Strolling up the narrow garden path, guests are welcomed to a double-storey homestead with a striking heritage façade and sprawling lawns — a magical oasis in the heart of the city.

Getting There
To fully enjoy the festivities, we kindly recommend guests arrive via taxi, rideshare (Uber), or public transport rather than driving. This will make your evening stress-free and allow you to relax and celebrate without needing to worry about parking or logistics.

Public Transport:
Take a tram along St Kilda Road (routes 5, 6, 16, 64, 67 or 72) and alight at the “Shrine of Remembrance / St Kilda Rd” stop — about a 5–10 minute walk through the Gardens to Gardens House.
Bus routes 605 and 246 also stop nearby.

Driving & Parking:
For those choosing to drive, please note that parking around the Gardens is limited. Allow extra time to find a suitable spot and walk to the venue.
Please enter via Gate F, located on Birdwood Avenue, which provides the most direct access to Gardens House.
